Stephen Tadlock
Stephen was born and raised in Southern California, where he still calls home. A lifelong member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, his faith in Jesus Christ is the foundation of his life and the source of his hope.
Stephen is known for two things: his love of scarves (even when the Southern California weather doesn’t quite cooperate) and his deep compassion for others. He strives to lead with grace—especially when people are walking through difficult seasons.
After more than 10 years as part of the Northstar community, he has found peace in navigating his experience with same-sex attraction and now feels called to give back. With steady faith, he walks forward committed to uplifting and encouraging others along the way.
Like his favorite scarf, Stephen hopes to wrap people in warmth, kindness, and belonging. And yes—you can always ask him for a hug. #BestHugsEver
