2025 Conference

This year we will have a resource table in the main lobby of the conference venue. Our goal is to offer attendees of the conference resources available outside of North Star.

Resources may include information for therapists, conferences, weekend retreats, life coaching, websites, podcasts, etc. The following are the guidelines for those interested in sharing their resources with attendees. 

1. All organizations or individuals must be approved of by the board along with the material you want to display. You are welcome to submit multiple resources. Submit your request to: [email protected] no later than February 21, 2025.
2. This is a free opportunity for those attending the conference. For those not attending the conference, there is a $50 fee to display your materials.
3. Information must be in one of the following formats:
   • Business cards (displayed in a business card holder)
   • Postcards (displayed in a postcard holder)
   • Rack cards (displayed in a rack card holder)
   • Tri-fold brochure (displayed in a rack card holder)
4. You are responsible for replenishing your materials throughout the conference.
5. You are responsible for picking up your holders at the end of the conference. North Star will not be responsible for any lost holders or materials.

Please note, 8.5″x11″ paper will NOT be accepted—professional quality print material, in a stand only is required. North Star will not provide stands or printing. If you have any question, please contact [email protected].
