Tamara Lichfield

Tamara has been married for 20 years and is the mother of two daughters and one son. Her oldest is 19 and her youngest is 7. Since 2019, Tamara has been a facilitator for the Church’s Spouse and Family Support group for women experiencing betrayal trauma, which is part of the Addiction Recovery Program. She is an APSATS trained Coach, a Certified Trauma-Informed Coach, Trauma Support Specialist, Resilience Professional, and A Door of Hope Peer Facilitator and has been a featured guest on several podcasts.
