Voices of Hope
Once seriously doubting whether he could remain a faithful member of the LDS Church and ever marry because of his personal struggle with same-sex attraction, Blaine later found both to be possible. Through faith, understanding, and patience, Lindsay gained the confidence to know that “with God, nothing is impossible.” Eight years later, Blaine and Lindsay remain happily married and have two lively children. Blaine is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker working in inpatient psychiatry and private practice working with various forms of mental illness as well as unwanted same-sex attraction and marriage issues. Lindsay graduated with a Bachelors of Integrated Studies from Weber State University and teaches vocal lessons.
